Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Virtual workouts include Fast & Furious 15 minute HIIT sessions, 30 minute Tabatas, 60 minute Body Boost classes, as well as a Glute Workout each week.

This class option is ideal for the busy mom who wants both LIVE and recorded options to fit her lifestyle. All workouts are recorded and housed on a private instagram, with over 100 + workouts. Available to you any time, anywhere!more

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Our weekend class that includes the whole fam! No stroller necessary. Plan for 35-45 mins Tabata style workout. Kids are always welcome! Bring your significant other, family members or friends.

Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Once a month, just the moms get together (without kids), to enjoy special time doing things we love! Think brunches, self care, wine tasting, art classes, Duffy boat rides, bowling etc. It's just another reason this mom community is so amazing.

We schedule regular playdates throughout the month with sensory bins, art projects, and more! These happen after our morning Stroller classes.

Meet us at the Seal Beach Pier every 4th Friday of each month starting in June! We arrive starting at noon. Look for us to the left of the pier.

THE BEST EVENT EVER! But seriously. If you pick just one of our events to check out all year, let it be this one. This is an incredible event that up-cycles gently used baby items, clothes, toys, mom clothes and accessories, kids shoes, mom shoes, breastfeeding needs, baby gadgets, and more! We have them three times a year, Spring, Summer, and Fall. You don't want to miss this!

Cost covers appetizers, beverages, and event set up.
